2015 Garden Highlights

Our 2015 quarter acre garden that we started all from seed in Howell, Michigan, where we traded vegetables for land to cultivate and celebrated a bountiful harvest

Calendula flower tea is used as a salve externally because it increases healing mechanisms in wounds, cuts, burns, and bruises.  Tea was traditionally used for sore throat and oral inflammations.  Calendula can also aid healing of gastric ulcers and jaundice.  Studies confirm anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and immunostimulant activity.*
